For residents of zone B in the municipality of Haarlem, a special advantageous motor subscription is available for the parking garages Houtplein and de Kamp. A subscription for a parking garage is not possible in combination with a parking permit for on-street parking. There is a cap on the number of subscriptions provided per location. There is a long waiting list for both choices of Resident Haarlem motor subscription.
