On-street parking in Haarlem East (Zone C East).
At the on-street parking meters, you can only pay for your parking ticket via debit or credit card. It is also possible to register your parking action via a parking app on your smartphone. To do so, you will need the zone number. This can be found on the parking meter or below:

You can park for free on the street on certain holidays. That is on New Year's Day,1st and2nd Easter Day, King's Day, May 5, Ascension Day,1st and2nd Pentecost Day,1st and2nd Christmas Day.

Parking permit
With a parking permit for parking zone C East, you can park almost anywhere in parking zone C East without paying. Except for the parking spaces in the streets with an asterisk (*). There you can park with your parking permit at the following times: from Monday to Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. (except on shopping evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.). And on Sundays until 1 p.m. and after 11 p.m.
