Parking garage Raaks is located in the center of Haarlem, next to Pathé cinema and the public hall of the municipality of Haarlem. If you walk outside through the stairwell, you will see Haarlem's first comic book wall, designed by illustrator Thé Tjong-Khing. The Raaks is within walking distance of pop center Patronaat and the Jopen church.
