Lost a bike?

Report to the police
Has your bike been stolen? Always report it via the police website. Or call 0900-8844 to make an appointment to report the theft personally at the police station.

Disabled persons
The bicycle basement does not have an elevator. For disabled visitors, the long stairs to the basement may be too long. Disabled visitors can therefore park their bicycles in the bicycle hall within the station. The entrance is located at the Bicycle Parking Kennemerplein, at the north side of the station. With a declaration from the municipality it is possible to park bicycles here for free. The declaration can be requested via the telephone number of the municipality of Haarlem: 14 023.
