The temporary arrangement whereby employees with a crucial profession could park for free in Haarlem will expire on 15 July 2021. This was decided by the Mayor of Haarlem, in line with the government's relaxation of the coronation measures.

The scheme applied to workers with crucial jobs who could not work from home and had to travel to work by car.
